We pride ourselves on offering a user-friendly and secure platform for connecting clients with freelancers, but we understand that issues can arise from time to time. This refund and return policy outlines our procedures for handling disputes, refunds, and returns on our platform.

3. Our Role as a Middleman

 

As a middleman between clients and freelancers, we do not participate in any transactions between the two parties. Clients are responsible for contacting freelancers who offer their services in the areas they frequent the most.

 

As such, we do not offer any refunds or returns for services provided by freelancers on our platform. Any issues or disputes between freelancers and clients must be resolved directly between them.

We strongly encourage clients to communicate clearly with freelancers before engaging their services. Clients should discuss their project requirements, timelines, and budget with freelancers to ensure that they are a good fit for the job.

 

Clients are also responsible for conducting their own due diligence and verifying the quality and suitability of services provided by freelancers. This includes reviewing the freelancer’s portfolio, reading reviews from previous clients, and conducting any necessary background checks.

If a resolution cannot be reached through mediation, clients may choose to escalate the dispute to binding arbitration. We will work with the Cyprus Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) to appoint an arbitrator to hear the case. The decision of the arbitrator will be binding and enforceable under applicable law.
